Emergencies can happen at any time, even when you’re on holiday. We encourage our clients to be prepared by saving our number on their phone and by downloading the Assist app of their insurer.

  • In an emergency, you can call our office on 0860 999 888. Follow the prompts and you will be routed to the relevant Assist company for your specific insurer.

 

Alternatively, here are the Assist contact and app details from the various insurers:

CIB:

  • Install the CIB Assist app on Android or iPhone. Learn more about the app on their website.
  • CIB clients can also get assistance via CIB’s WhatsApp number on (+27) 87 240 7080.
  • You can phone 0860 104 952 for a Home or Motor Assistance emergency.

 

Momentum:

  • Install the Momentum app on Android or iPhone. Follow the prompts to set up your profile. For a step-by-step guide, watch this video.
  • You can also phone 0860 784 767 in an emergency.

 

Old Mutual:

  • Visit Old Mutual’s website to download their Assist app.
  • You can phone 0860 24 7 365 in an emergency if you are in South Africa.
  • If you are travelling to neighbouring countries, you can contact Old Mutual during office hours at (+27) 11 374 4880 in the event of an emergency.

 

Santam:

  • Install the Santam app on Android or iPhone. Use the SOS emergency button in the app, for emergency assistance.
  • You can also phone 0860 505 911 in an emergency.

 

SIS Assist:

  • Install the SIS Help 247 app on Android or iPhone. View their app guide to help set up your profile.
  • You can phone 0860 747 247 in an emergency.
