When disaster strikes you need to know who to turn to!

What to do

1. Phone our office on 0860 999 888 and follow the voice prompts to be transferred to the emergency 24/7 assistance center that will assist you. Do not appoint your own contractors – it might jeopardize your claim result.
2. Once the immediate emergency has been resolved, take a moment to make notes of the incident for yourself. What happened? What was lost or damaged?
3. Report the loss and or damage to your local SAPS within 24 hours and remember to get a case number.
4. If you are involved in a motor vehicle accident, do not admit any liability, offer, promise to/or pay in respect of any event that may result in a claim.
5. Obtain a claim form from us by contacting us on 0860 999 888 or email us on info@barton.co.za
6. Complete the claim form and submit this to us or give us a call to assist you during the claim process.
